Rental Rates

Business (Weekdays)

$150 per business day includes: Overhead projection system, power point
capability. 119” screen, wireless internet.
complimentary coffee and ice tea. $100 / half day.
Continental breakfast and lunch can be added for an additional fee.

Saturday & Sunday Afternoons
Baby and bridal showers, Women’s Groups, Birthday parties, Anniversaries.

Saturdays - Noon to 4:00 pm.
Option #1 $175 with no food purchase ($25 per additional hr.)
Option #2 Food & Room. $100 hall rental, plus 18% banquet service fee (based on food order), and sales tax.
A minimum of $250 food purchase. Any alcohol must be purchased through Park Alley Tavern.
Sundays - 11:00 am. to 4:00 pm.
$175 Food may be brought in. No alcohol brought in. Linens
available for an extra fee.
Evening Banquets - $100 plus 18% Banquet Service fee.(Based on food & alcohol order)
Includes: use of the banquet room, tables, chairs, linens, tableware, soft drinks, and wait staff for 3 hours. ($60 / per additional hour. )

Food to be purchased from Park Alley Banquet Menu.
Alcohol from Park Alley Liquor Menu. $12 per/ hour for bartender.
$12/ per hour for additional wait staff. Sales tax on food & alcohol.
Wedding Receptions - $250 plus 18% Banquet Service Fee based on food & alcohol. This includes: room, tables, chairs, linens, tableware, coffee, soft drinks, two wait staff for 4 hrs. ($75 per additional rental hour)
Food to be purchased for from the Park Alley Banquet Menu.
Alcohol to be purchased from Park Alley Liquor Menu.
$12 per/ hour for bartender. $12 / per hour for any additional wait staff. Sales tax on food & alcohol.
